Boarding School

Build your own boards at our Boarding School charcuterie workshop. Learn how to cut different types of cheese, how to lay out your boards, what types of items we like to use and why -- all while sipping and snacking as you go.

Grated & Cured offers a few options for Boarding School based on your budget and event. Typically, we offer either a custom wood board or a disposable bamboo platter for our in-person workshops. If your group is located all over, we can even do it over Zoom!

We love to do collabs with other local vendors, so if this is you, reach out and let's plan something fun!

Ocala

Ocala Boarding School is held in our workshop at 405 E Silver Springs Boulevard. These are typically public workshops that we do quarterly and promote on our social media. Private Boarding Schools are available upon request.

Jacksonville

Private Boarding Schools are available in Jacksonville at any location you choose. Whether you have space at your home or office or you want us to help source an event venue, we can work with you to find the perfect place.
